In 2018/19 ASF-UK produced a film to document progress of the Change by Design (CbD) 'Reclaiming Regeneration' project with ASF-UK partners Redbridge Citizens (of Citizens UK) and London CLT (London Community Land Trust). ASF-UK has collaborated with partners Citizens UK since 2014 on a variety of public workshops in London, including 'Contested Sites in Euston, 2014' with Camden Citizens, 'Reclaiming Regeneration: Community Memories and Future Imaginations, 2017' with TELCO (East London Citizens) & RDCV (Royal Docks Community Voice) and the latest workshop 'Reclaiming Regeneration: Identity, heritage & housing in east London, 2018' with Redbridge Citizens & London CLT. During the same time period ASF-UK has ventured into technical consultancy, working with TELCO and partnering with a range of community groups across several of London's boroughs. The film brings to light the campaign by Redbridge Citizens of Redbridge in east London, who since 2014 have been advocating for the development of CLT housing (Community Land Trust) for its residents. The film project was carried out by ASF-UK associate Charles Palmer, who is working with film to enhance live projects, through documentation, filmmaking methodology and for social media advocacy. Charles says the following of the film narrative: 'we provide an overview, highlighting the housing problem, the CLT concept, the history of the Redbridge Citizens campaign and the partnership with ASF-UK and CLT specialists London CLT.'
