Follow the workshop in Colombia as it unfolds September 6, 2014
The ASF-UK Resilience by Design team are about to set off for Colombia, in order to arrive a few days before the start of the upcoming workshop, which will be running from 10th – 20th September.
The team and workshop participants will pilot a methodology using participatory design and planning as a means to formulate community-based guidelines for the development of an initial PAT (Plan Administrativo del Territorio/Territorial Management Plan) for Tierrebaja, one of 22 settlements in the beach/mangrove ecosystem of Cartagena. The PAT is a fundamental aspect of the documentation required in order to obtain collective land ownership titles from the State of Colombia.
