ASF-UK is back in Bungamati, Nepal, working with the community of Chohel Nani following three months community engagement and a multi-disciplinary ‘Resilience by Design’ workshop in September 2016. We are delighted to be back in Bungamati and are currently focusing on defining the residents’ ‘living heritage’ in the bid to develop a community building that will provide residents with immediate and long-term reconstruction support as well as technical guidance and training.

Working closely with ASF-Nepal, ASF-UK hope to make a long term affect within a community still recovering from the 2015 earthquakes and are due to be working with the community of Chohel Nani within Bungamati for the foreseeable future.
